Welcome to goldenyogini.com. This site is intended to share with you many different healing modalitlies to lead you on a path of wellness. For me that path started with Kundalini Yoga, from my very first class I felt transformed. It completely amazed me that the combination of breath, asana (poses) and meditation could have such a profound effect on how I felt inside my body, mind and spirit.

My first Kundalini yoga class was on a DVD and that is what inspired me to make the Kundalini DVD's that are available on this site. I am also proud to release my first children’s book, The Magic in the Mirror which takes you through a journey to bring vision into reality, then ends with a guided meditation to lull your child into a restful nights sleep.

Finally, I am also proud to offer our 7 day Cleanse, designed to clean your intestinal tract by following a vegan food plan combined with herbs.
